Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Administration Officer to support the day to operations of a busy office. This is a casual role Monday to Wednesday 8.30am-4.30pm but also needs flexibility to work additional hours during leave periods.. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience working within administrative roles
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
  • Be flexible and able to work additional days if required

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide quality administration support to the business
  • Provide professional customer service
  • Sing in and out visitors to the office
  • General clerical and data entry skills a must
  • Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations at all times
  • Maintain the HSEQ Systems and assist with internal and external audits
  • Manage phone switchboard and reply to online enquiries in a timely manner
