Warehouse Co-ordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity exists for a Inbound Operations Coordinator to join our team and work out of our Hazelmere facility.

• Bio security Inspection experience is highly regarded.
• Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
• Hazelmere location
• $35.86 per hour casually loaded
• Temp to Perm opportunity after 14 weeks

What your day can look like:

• Front counter processing responsibilities in relation to export receivables and import releases and dealing with LCL carrier drivers
• Preparation of daily ops reporting
• BIO Security/AQIS inspections for the department for set on site inspection bookings documentation and handling clearance paperwork
• Knowledge and understanding of various holds / Clearances for under bond cargo
• Processing of Import Manifests, lower level house bill information, out turning of cargo into Freight Systems
• Freight Depot operations co-ordination of Import, Export cargo receivables and releases

What you can bring to the team

• AQIS knowledge of Import / Export operations
• Bio security Knowledge would be a great advantage
• Demonstrate competency with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
• High attention to detail
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Proactive attitude
• Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle essential
• Full working rights is a must
• Ability to pass a clean police check and Medical
