Customer Service Officer

• Huntingwood Location
• $65,000 per annum plus super
• Full time hours, ability to work rotating Saturdays and start times varying from 8am – 9am

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative based in Huntingwood. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Customer Service team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar field, be solutions focused and have a genuine passion for customer service and professionalism.

The purpose of this position is to:

• Provide front line high quality service to customers
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding the service requested
• Maintain administrative data in company programs

Roles and Duties

• Attend to all inbound calls
• Manage customer service inbox and process queries
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Keying of orders and raising requests
• Liaising with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams
• Regular communication and interaction with store managers
• End of day reconciliation and processing of payments
• General administration
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in customer service or internal sales
• Excellent data entry skills
• Customer focused with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Flexibility to work within a rotating roster including Saturdays
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
