Labourer & process workers – Hornsby

Labourpower are currently seeking Labourers and process workers to start immediately at a factory based in Hornsby. Our client is one the leading Manufacturers in their industry. The labouring role will be a physically demanding position requiring you to be able to lift up to 15kg repetitively. You will also be required to do general cleaning around the factory. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress within the manufacturing industry as a compounder. This role will be ongoing and will be starting immediately.

The process worker roles are working with niche products so attention to detail a must.

To be successful for this role you will need;

• Must be able to work fulltime hours
• Must be available on all shifts – Morning, Afternoon and Nights
• Ability to work in a fast paced physical environment
• Ability to work autonomously
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Be able to lift 15kg
• Previous Manufacturing experience is desired but not necessary
