Machine Operators – Plastic Blow Moulding / Extrusion | Ingleburn

About the Role:
Labourpower are seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators with a background in plastic blow moulding and/or extrusion to join a well-established manufacturing team based in Ingleburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled operators looking for stable, long-term work with flexible shifts and a competitive pay rate based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic blow moulding and/or extrusion machines.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Follow production schedules while maintaining a safe, clean work space.
• Assist with the safe loading and unloading of materials.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet operational targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating plastic blow moulding or extrusion machinery is essential.
• A forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off (Day or Night shift available).
• Must be available to work weekends, including Sundays, when rostered.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.

Pay Rate:

• Rates will be based on skills and experience.
